沿著蜿蜒的油羅溪畔，走訪了一段食「粄」拾憶路，「晌午粄食」藉由做粄傳達對親人的眷念，那是來自客家廚房的味道；食物的情感記憶與對家鄉的愛都匯于這淌醇厚之沙坑紅寶中。河堤下貫連著空間與時間的縱橫，交織著橫山鄉的模樣，品味文化之甘醇，持續回甘。
Walking along the winding Yuluoxi River, I visited a place where memories of rice cakes and food are collected. "Noon Rice Cake" conveys nostalgia for loved ones through the making of rice cakes, which is a taste that comes from Hakka kitchens. The emotional memories of food and love for hometown are all combined in the rich and smooth sandpit Hongbao.
